Communities across the country have lived in terror as federal immigration enforcement agents have detained, disappeared, injured, and killed civilians. Yet Congress is considering a fast-track legislative process to allocate billions of additional dollars to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
