Yeah, when I saw this video, I immediately knew, ThePrimeagen is full of shit. Especially the 23:34 point mark, where he criticizes Liskov's Substitution Principle (LSP). ThePrimeagen conflates LSP with inheritance. LSP barely gives a shit about inheritance. It cares about subtyping.
