Okay final post since someone found the OTHER site I was thinking of: micromusic.net!
And finishing the trifecta of kinda obscure but fun community music sites is Song Fight!

@feff oh! I've heard of song fight, but only because of the number of MC Frontalot songs where he has tracks about how many song fight songs he won X3
