@openreception@mastodon.social Bin gespannt, hatte gestern erstmals Kontakt mit einem bestimmten Termin-Vermittlungsdienst der Konkurrenz und war "underwhelmed". Nach fünf Telefonaten und einer E-Mail hatte ich endlich mal einen bestätigten Termin - effizient ist das nicht. Und die UX des zugehörigen Portals war grottig (Copy&Paste-Anomalien, Begriffe ohne Erklärung als Synonyme verwendet, ...).
