Perhaps we should rename the Strait of Hormuz to “Schrödinger’s Strait’. It is open and closed at the same time, and its true status can only be known when it is observed by a government. Given that it’s a waterway, I would add a joke about the wave function collapsing, but nothing comes to mind. #Straitofhormuz
