@spiralganglion I presented for my lab’s group meeting on a piece of software I made that we recently published called bentopy and on what I framed as the creation and maintenance of a software garden. I discussed the many tools I have made for molecular modeling and visualization in the past few years in the framing of gardening. (EDIT because I accidentally posted an empty reply)
