A fun game! Minor thing: The thousands separator is only used for borrowing/repaying money and does not change between EN and DE.

@rstub Thanks! Dealing with thousands separators in variables is pretty annoying, so I decided against that. I just checked that the one in the button text changes between English and German as it should.
