It doesn't mean they aren't pedos much but it doesn't matter too much ino. Online you can be anything, words and actions are very cheap on the internet, it is easy to build a persona.
But in real life most people aren't that crazy nor do they care deeply about stuff like this.
In terms of the pedophilia stuff most of these guys aren't going to seriously campaign for it or anything of the sort, most people when push comes to shove really won't do anything.
