@320x200 Could you please ELI5 for me what a "permacomputing collective" is? This brewing metaphor is cool but a bit too abstract for me to imagine what is happening in such a group.

@buherator @qaris @hobbs Some context and info regarding permacomputing: https://permacomputing.net In a nutshell it's a decentralised community of practitioners trying to figure out if tech can be less harmful, less extractive, and less shitty (we're also interested in what could make it emancipative and joyful). In our experience so far, and for those who think this is an important or relevant topic, we saw that organising (collective practices and collective action) about this topic is a very important first aspect of it all. Like literally creating IRL groups or safer online spaces. So this score/recipe/guide can hopefully help those who do not know how/where to start.
