@kirk I guess if you knew one of those was available at your destination you could carry a much smaller lock, like a diamond secure padlock

@768kb @kirk You would have to know it was available at every destination you're going to that day - which sounds like a lot more overhead and planning that just throwing a chain around the stem of your seat ...
