@pixie Well, Meshtastic has severe architectural issues. I’ve exchanged more messages with real people in 1 hour on Meshcore than I ever did on Meshtastic over the course of a year.
The community is fine; the firmware remains free and open source by the original core developers.
This one guy decided to cause problems, and the community has essentially ejected him.
I highly recommend checking out MeshCore for sure.

@occult @pixie Yeah my personal experimentation on a fairly well developed mesh (Chicago) is Meshtastic only works randomly. Which is kind of by design? It’s not a good design.
