@christianp This is a lovely work & gives me hope for the people who could be able to participate in events who otherwise would not be.
However I am surprised & saddened to see no discussion of ventilation & other safety considerations for the immunocompromised & those who are carers for them.
I consider: Will the air be filtered? Is there a COVID/etc policy clearly stated & masking encouraged & normalized at the event? Will there be outdoor air or equivalent places to eat/drink/unmask?

@metagrrrl that's a good point, and I'll add it, but here in the UK I think the fight is completely lost. The government never took air quality seriously and told institutions to stop things like air filtering and encouraging masking very early.
