@gabu@chitter.xyz I wonder if adtech people even realize that it looks bad? Like, if you read any press release or article from adtech people, when talking positively about something they use precisely the exact same language that people use to say why it's bad. It's not like there's some newspeak or they use more tasteful euphemisms or terms, they just seem to have their brains wired differently and legitimately don't see why anything they're doing is a problem.
