@scooter Totally against the "Free pass" to first base. I am kind of surprised, though, that it hasn't already happened that a player got two free passes and scored in the same game. Pitchers should bat and all batters should understand that the pitcher has a right to throw a little bit inside. In the words of the usian philosopher, Denny McClain, "half the plate is mine the other half is his. The thing is, it isn't until I throw that I decide which half."
