Essential tip from @osxdaily to remove the super bright HDR effects iOS 26 introduced on default action elements (increased light intensity on suggested actions). If you are light-sensitive, this toggle is essential: https://osxdaily.com/2026/04/28/use-reduce-bright-effects-ios-26-iphone-ipad-liquid-glass/ It is possibly better to turn it off generally.
