Folks, I'm less than 24 hours away from heading down to San Francisco for facial feminization surgery with Dr. Jordan Deschamps-Braly, AKA Dr. D. The actual surgery is scheduled for the morning of Tuesday the 28th. Bay Area people, you know I love you and want to see you, but I'd be a fool to make any social engagements for this trip; I will definitely look as if I've lost a fight against a biker gang, and I may feel that way too.
