@t36s youtube recommended this to me too and I couldn’t figure out why, at first I thought it was from an anonymous musician’s channel someone posted here

@trashpandaqc Yeah, I think this is that thing they can do where they just pick someone and make them really popular to make everyone think that is still a thing that can happen organically. I read about it in Cory Doctorow’s book Enshittification. I really do like this video though. My feelings are real despite yt cooking the recommendation books.
