It's morning.
Just contemplating the day.
One odd bit about emotions post-transition is just how much more nuance there is to them. Emotions largely felt like a bludgeon pre-transition - joy, or anger, or sadness. Post-transition, these emotions get weird, y'all. Today, I feel good, at peace, but sad as well, with the occasional sprinkle of anger; I've been on the verge of tears a lot in the last 24 hours or so.
Emotions post-transition are like taking someone who's only ever eaten McDonald's food their whole life, and giving them a beautifully complex meal, like a nice curry or mole sauce, to try.
It boggles the mind, sometimes.

@NicolaElle I don't know how "post transition" you are talking about but 4 months into HRT I find myself begging for a pause of 48 hours in my emotional storm. Ceasefire for humanitarian reason ๐๐ฝ๐๐ญ
