@relistan @n8dmt sounds really interesting! Somewhere in the junk box I’ve got a bunch of Jackson reduction drives that I’ve used before to drive a large Jackson Bros TX variable cap…worked a treat!

@g7vkq @n8dmt The real brass ones are so great. I thought I'd see how well it would work in PLA plastic. Seems to work fairly well! I would not say it compares with the smoothness of a Jackson Bros drive, though!
