Signal needs a "poke this user" button. what it does: it sends an SMS to the person with a random emoji TO MAKE THEM REMEMBER THAT SIGNAL EXISTS AND THAT THEY SHOULD CHECK THE MESSAGES WAITING FOR THEM >____> /s
