i have a very simple static site i'd like to host somewhere but also be able to update at least one page of regularly, where would y'all host something like that these days?

@mosssupply@tacobelllabs.net Cloudflare Pages is easy (can drag and drop files to upload them). I'm not sure why people on here hate them so much.
