One of my plants in the sunlight, pastels on black paper. I ended up getting a box of pastels for myself and also various papers with colours or bigger/finer grains. I think I don't like some much when the grain is too big like here, also painting on black is weird, and I'm not very happy about the result. I tried to not overthink it and stopped early before I make a bigger mess.
