I'm watching the documentary "From Gaza With Love", which is about the past two years in Gaza, with special attention to the lives of the children there. I've already seen a lot of videos, but still I'm absolutely speechless at the inconceivable contrast between the kids playing and laughing and the total destruction and suffering. It makes everything else I was worrying about suddenly feel tiny in comparison.
You can watch the whole thing for free on Youtube (link below), different title but same documentary. I recommend the "French (original)" audio track (+ subtitles of your choice) which is actually mostly in English but has all the original voices.

And what can you do? A good start might be to donate any small amount to @rouh or any of the other #gazaverified campaigns at gaza-verified.org/donate/. Of course there's much more you could do but I leave those recommendations to the many others who are better informed than I am.
