#StarTrek #StarTrekVoyager I like this episode. The memory recovering stuff isn't too bad. At least they didn't try some hypnosis nonsens. The Bomar are really here to be a nuisance but I do like how Kathryn deal with them. She seems to be very confident in the fact that they can't harm Voyager. I'm somewhat disappointed that my theory that they actually want to intimidate their own population was not verified. (I mean a lot of their demands were justified, but the flight path and the speed limit don't really make sens otherwise.) I like that after all this she still don't say screw it we ball, and they spend the three month.

  • #StarTrek #StarTrekVoyager In the end I don't think I would have made other choices. Well Maybe I would have settle for the longest path sooner. Tuvok was at his best in this episode. Jeri Ryan plays 7 really well. Her hiding under a console in fear was heart breaking, and the writing was great. Her not willing to actually harm Voyager's crew might be a marketing decision to make her more likeable to the audience, or maybe I'm being too cynical, but either way I do like that choice. She still does slam Neelix to the ground (the poor guy was not rewarded for his effort here) but you can feel she actually like Voyager and its crew. And the final twist reinforce that she want to connect with her human side on a deep level.
