@alicetragedy IKR! a friend was recently telling me how much he likes travel agencies just for the fact that they take care of all details for you. I think there is something about “not being responsible”, and the decision fatigue that comes with it.

@eljojo yes! This! I also think that some types of people (don’t know if it’s a neurodivergent thing or a perfectionist / type A personality trait) feel the need to find “the perfect route” and optimise (stuff like time of arrival, proximity to places / a specific area, etc). Planning trips is an absolute nightmare for me for that reason bc I’ll spend literally hours rethinking my choices and wondering if it was the best choice I could have made or if there was a way to optimise it 😭🥲
