@alicetragedy it's basically this: X project need Y thing. That thing is not my job but someone's' else. This other person won't do it and don't care. The project can't work without it. I tell my director and he don't care. So I do it; the project needs it and I love what I do. I'm a lead dev doing director, project owner and infra stuff I was like the frog in boiling water. Now I know. I'm in the process to either forcing things to changes or changing job.
