@alicetragedy I hope this was accompanied with a pay raise if this is an upgrade on your responsibilities ^^' and not your employer exploiting the fact that you're passionate about what you do like mine does... 😬

@me thank you! I recently started, and part of these first weeks has been defining what my role is exactly and how to overlap with developers in the day to day. Design systems was in the job description originally but with the idea that we can be flexible if that isn’t something I want to be doing.
