Apropos of something. Freedom is not being permitted to take a vehicle licenced by some authority on a road licenced by the same; it is to walk unimpeded across shared land. The former is acquiescence to a claim of dominion; the latter is agency, uninterrupted. Permission to drive is not freedom, but the marker of a well kept canine on an extendable leash. Bark, bitch.
