@fionaorkneynews I'm sorry to point at this, but these 31 deaths are immediate, undeniable even by the USSRs standards of keeping everything secret, accounted victims. I'm not sure how to address it, as the real scale of deaths never had evaluated. There are only estimations, based on observations through decades.
