Women worked hard to get where we were 10 years ago, the last time #womeninSTEM had hope. We didn't take a step back. We were shoved backwards. I'm not cool with being shoved backwards. For each and every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction, yeah. After decades of experience, I can say pretty confidently that my "reaction" pushes forward with a hefty dose of #spiritual power. I don't vibe with regression. I'm not cool with the war in Iran, with the genocide in Palestine, with the RCMP and ICE being trained on IDF propaganda, that women or people of color are treated as if they deserve "less than" others. Any company won't hire someone with my resume, skill, IRL social talent and smarts? You WILL be worse off financially and in your futures than if you'd done everything in your power to hire me. #Leadership chick does not do things like it's 1950. Assets not liabilities. #FediHire
