Everybody who is hiring, please consider Irenes. I've known them online for many years. They are very insightful and smart, and most importantly: they care and will make a great addition to your team! @ireneista

@ireneista “we have a strong background in information privacy (ex-Google)” In violating it, you mean? Because that’s what Google does. That’s its business model. Are you proud of having worked there? Because I don’t see how that aligns with “bring[ing] the highest standards of ethical practice to your organization.” I would love to boost your post but I won’t as I have no desire to cast Google on a positive light in any way, shape, or form because they are a genocide-complicit surveillance capitalist and part and parcel of Silicon Valley/US fascism.

@ireneista no direct connection with them but I’ve followed Propel efforts to help Americans using and managing snap benefits better. They do make money from advertising which is always a bit sus but they seem to be mindful of it

@ireneista@adhd.irenes.space nothing comes to mind. But.... I have suddenly realized, while reading your post, that we need a federated privacy respecting micro-games platform. Just silly little training games like 2048 and coding games and solitaire, to start, but something genuine devs can post games on, and get paid, without in-app purchases, fully federated.
