apple: to develop for mac you need to own a mac

(actually you can totally disable SIP for a mac-in-mac VM, via UTM or somesuch. of course if you do Metal stuff in there then I hope you're really really patient)

@fasterthanlime@hachyderm.io My god so frustrating. I'm currently paying the $100/year JUST so I can install an app I built on my phone. And Android is locking down so fast they may be soon to follow. Not great :)
