@brembs thank you, as ever, for the kind words. In patients with my immunodeficiency, it can last /years/. The severe danger is malnutrition, which is affecting me now. I am 6ft 2in and my weight is down to 57kg. It's really not good.

    @mpe I'm very much aware and your figures just uinderscore the danger. In my family, when we had the Norovirus, we set a goal that if it doesn't show any clear signs of getting better on the fourth day, we go to a hospital on that day. That's how dangerous Norovirus can be. It's absolutely warranted to be worried and take all necessary precautions. On the bright side, if they feed you via gavage, there is less dishwashing to do ๐Ÿ˜† Small comfort, of course, I know, but I'm doing what I can. ๐Ÿ˜‡
