@Tony@clew.lol I k ow thats how being a corporate agent works if ur role in a corporate positions calls u to be one. Specifically it means legally u cant stop from being served legal documents or deny them when they try usually thats a mid to high level experience

@Soy_Magnus@detroitriotcity.com yup, same thing. It’s just the “registered agent” the state requires on file. Not as glamorous as it sounds. But yah read more about business finance/taxes Once you learn about it it, it’s like oh, so you can just not pay taxes? There’s an ira line item called “retained earnings” most businesses have a 100k limit, so you can just keep 100k and as long as you “intend to use it for business” it’s tax free every year.
