@carolannie I guess I’ll find out but some bean seeds are supposed to keep for up to five years. I found a jar of Greek butter beans in a cupboard that were from 2021. I sowed a few so I’ll soon see if they are viable or not. Most of my saved beans here are 1-3 years old.
