The recommendations are solid, another one that's particularly important s to take existing opt-in/opt-out signals into account -- I talk about that some from a developer perspective in Eight tips about consent for fediverse developers Have you followed the work @darius is doing on the Fediverse Schema Observatory? It's a good example of best practices!
