I really agree. I let my partner try out my steam deck (immutable arch instead of Fedora, but ultimately the same experience. Flatpaks and easy updates). They fell in love with it, so I bought a second one for them. It’s been a year now, running it almost exclusively on desktop mode and using it as a Linux desktop. I haven't even shown them the terminal yet.
