I suppose I should look at the open source ERP and CRM software and see if they have companion documentation.
Much of my career was providing IT infrastructure for SAP ERP etc. and they had a service product called ASAP which was a large compendium of documents and worksheets (i.e. word processing and spreadsheets) and a framework for business units to work through and document their business processes and decide whether they were going to adapt SAP ERP to their processes or the inverse.

This ASAP product was aimed at onboarding small- and medium-sized businesses (under $500M annual revenue, I think?) to speed up implementation of SAP ERP in their organization. Their software is a collection of computer-encoded business processes with all sorts of configuration and extension capability that they've collected over 40 years. Their revenue model is charging anywhere from $50 to $10,000 per employee per month licensing, support, and maintenance fees, plus consulting fees.
