So, google-chrome is sneakily downloading a >2.5GB local-AI model over my tethered-over-mobile wifi connection without showing up in its task manager.
If the connection gets disrupted (because, you know, it's a tethered connection,) it starts all over again. 🙁

@brainsmoke does is stop chrome from functioning or is it atleast non-blocking. Seems like the type of download we should get blocklists for.
