why do I feel too busy w no capacity, I'm not even employed rn. double digit unreads piling up in inboxes. can't find mental space to reply to friends. tabs and todos everywhere. context switching is nuts. haven't properly connected w partners in weeks (!) mostly a sidequest loop of showing up for others via volunteering, plenums, socials, caretaking, cooking. saying no challenge impossible. recharging via walks alone listening to the same album again, which has diminishing returns
