No, it wasn’t - I still can & do Ruby (but it’s no longer my dayjob language, sadly, just “on the side/keeping my hand in” for some personal sites), and Lisp is fun too (especially full systems like Medly etc), but Smalltalk is the one that really makes me smile, NGL.
