I did not know private servers were a thing. Are there other good ones out there and where can I find them? I would love a Naxx run

Try https://www.kronos-wow.com/ They've been around even longer than turtle. Looks like there's actually a new fresh server starting in a few weeks. They have a nice cadence of releasing a fresh server then merging it into the main server after running its course.
