@Deepseacreatur3@thicc.horse That does sound like a very plausible cause! I'm sorry I can't really help you with that part (I don't run Ubuntu, but Debian; and I don't have a nvidia graphics card), but hopefully that'll either point you enough in the right direction to find how to reinstall them from the terminal, or someone else can help you out with that part. It certainly sounds like this will be very fixable, at least.
