@paulehoffman @brentsimmons I may not have been clear, I’m primarily talking about user experience specs, the way new features in apps are typically defined. I’m not talking about protocol design or interoperability (which I don’t have enough experience with to judge). I see the POC as a way to experience the product for real. In my case, I’ve spent a lot of time debating details upfront, only to find much better answers once I had something working in my hands.
