@AdaraAstin you're welcome! I don't think they charge anything, at least not for a first assessment. Worst case it's covered by the health insurance (would be surprised if not). I don't have any experience with the service, but I'm sure they provide professional help on a high level. And for sure they can assist with discussing longterm treatments and how to avoid unexpected costs.
