In addition to updating the EIA-860M data through Feb, 2026 this release wraps up our integration of the FOIAed Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Forms 7 & 12 (2026-2021), and rolls in various bug fixes and testing improvements.

Unfortunately, USDA has become unresponsive to further FOIA requests that would allow us to update the RUS data through the present. What's a Data Liberation Engineer to do?
