Last year I tried to move away from Gmail, and I tried out Tutamail (from @Tutanota) for almost a year now. I am really sympathetic to the company, but their email solution is just not working for me. Text-only emails sometimes take up to 30 seconds to load in the webapp, the search is horrible, and when I paid for premium, my account didn't get upgraded and I couldn't get support on it (because you need a premium account to get support). 😢
