I vote for moving to piefed! Either the flagship instance (.social) or .zip. I was originally from lemm.ee because the admin was cool and gave the users autonomy to choose the instances to block, instead of taking it upon themselves to decide on behalf of everyone else. Then .ee closed down, so I moved to lemmy.zip because the admin had a similar policy. Then I moved over to their piefed instance (piefed.zip) because piefed was the new cool kid.
My experience has been great so far. And piefed has flairs! We can do team flairs.

Yeah awhile back when rezz got banned I was thinking .ee was a good alternative to move to, sucks they got shutdown. @mill_city@lemmy.zip recomended lemmy.zip as well and I haven’t heard of any issues about it or its piefed instance so I think those could be good candidates. I do like the idea of having team flares, does piefed have a good walkthrough of how those features work?
