Great news - the devs behind Mtg Arena are unionizing!
They have an open letter to WotC laying out the details, and inviting WotC and Hasbro to recognize the union voluntarily. Everyone who spends money with WotC should put pressure on them to accept this, imo.

Good for them. Arena is complicated enough that the people building it should have a real say in working conditions, and players usually benefit when the team is treated like humans instead of disposable parts.
