#ffxiv folks, question for you
I have been learning to tank as I level all the tanks at the same time. They're all currently mid-70s grinding Qitana Ravel.
Once I got my full kit, wallpulling got a lot more consistent. However, I'm struggling to do the first big pull in Qitana Ravel consistently. Quality of healer varies from party to party. Is there a way I can tell if I should split up the pull? Thinking I should check search info for the healer and go for the big pull if they have at least 1 healer at 100.

@sloth@donphan.social As a career healer, I tell unfamiliar tanks to pull what THEY are comfortable with and I'll support them. If they want to pull small, that just means more DPS uptime for me. If DPS pull ahead of them, I'm not afraid to leave them to die. If the tank wants to pull wall-to-wall, then I focus less on DPS & more on healing/shielding. The skill and situational awareness of your healer is equally as important as you knowing how to play your tank jobs effectively. Not always your fault! 💙
